Cookie policy.
What cookies are, how this website uses them, and how you can control them in your browser.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can place on your device to make it work, to remember your preferences, or to collect information about how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels.
How we use cookies
As currently built, this website is a static site that loads no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, and sets no non-essential cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies used by the hosting platform are limited to what is needed for the site to function and to keep it secure.
The definitive list of cookies set on this site is given below and is [to be confirmed before launch].
Categories of cookies
Strictly necessary
Required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set only in response to actions you take. Specific cookies in this category: [cookie name, purpose, duration — to be supplied].
Analytics, preference & marketing cookies
None are used at present. If any are introduced, they will be listed here with their purpose and duration, and — being non-essential — will only be set with your consent: [to be supplied if introduced].
Third-party cookies
If we embed third-party content or services that set their own cookies (for example maps or video), they are listed here together with links to the relevant providers' policies: [third-party services & cookies — to be supplied].
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, and set most browsers to warn you before a cookie is stored or to refuse cookies altogether. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Because this site currently sets no non-essential cookies, there is nothing further to opt in or out of at this time.
Consent
A cookie consent banner is required only where a site sets non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing). As this site sets none, no consent banner is presented. If non-essential cookies are added later, a consent mechanism must be introduced before they are set. [assumption to confirm: no analytics/tracking at launch]
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date above reflecting the latest change.
